The energy of the sacred land guides our Retreats, so no two retreats are the same. If you are new to our retreats or have attended one before and feel called to Arizona, we highly recommend joining us there. We intend to build upon each retreat and to create a community of like-minded souls. Each retreat will feel like a reunion of family, while also expanding, growing, and learning together. Abby, Laura, and I are proud to invite you to our next retreat in Sedona, Arizona, from March 6 to 8, 2026.

We kick off the retreat on Friday evening, sitting in sacred ceremony with Cacao medicine! Allow this healing elixir to open our heart centers and begin to delve deep into emotional release and connection. We will gather to connect with one another, the land, and the earth through this grounding meditation.

5:30-7:00 PM - Group Meet-and-Greet with a Cacao Ceremony
